Terms of Service
Last updated: May 14, 2026
These terms apply to your use of the Desert Air website and any service you book through it. By using the site or hiring us for work, you agree to the terms below.
Service area
We provide residential HVAC service across the East Valley. We reserve the right to decline service outside that area or for jobs we determine are not a good fit for our team or equipment.
Estimates and pricing
Estimates given on site are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Final pricing may differ from a phone estimate if the on-site diagnosis reveals different conditions than described. We provide a written, flat-rate quote before any work begins, so you have the chance to approve or decline before we proceed.
Warranty
Installation work is covered by a written warranty provided at the time of service. Repair work is warrantied against the specific failure repaired for a period stated on your invoice. Manufacturer warranties on parts and equipment are separate and pass through from the manufacturer.
Payment
Payment is due on completion of service unless other terms are agreed in writing. We accept the payment methods listed on your invoice. Returned checks or failed payments may incur a fee.
Limitation of liability
Our liability for any claim arising from work performed is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.
Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. The version posted on this page is the version in effect. Significant changes will be noted in the "Last updated" date above.
